YOGA FOR CHILDREN AND TEENS …

I use playing and having fun as a way to practice Yoga with children. In this manner, learning comes as a natural thing. Kids learn how to feel their body, focus their mind and cultivate silence.

Yoga classes for teens, is an opportunity for young people to connect and inhabit their body, rediscover their essential nature, learn to relax, connect with such essential values as gratitude, empathy and resilience, and feel that they occupy, each one of them, an essential place in the world.

HOW…

Children’s Yoga classes are individual or in a group. We practice the following techniques, adapted to their age, to help them develop gradually and naturally:

Meditation.Pranayama (breathing techniques).Asanas (postures).Chanting of Mantras.Relaxation. Visualization.Creative games.

WHERE AND WHEN…

Each class lasts 45 to one hour.

Group classes are given in different centers, schools and high schools in Altea and the Alicante area. To know which one fits better with your needs, please, contact me. I can also organize a private course for a group (families, workshops, summer camps…) or provide private classes.

We also offer monthly classes of YOGA AND MINDFULNESS IN FAMILY.
