WHAT IS YOGA AND MINDFULNESS IN THE CLASS?
Yoga is a life philosophy, that teaches us to be connected with ourselves and with our surrounding. Yoga offers us very valuable tools to improve our well-being.
Mindfulness is the art of living in the present with compassion.
During more than ten years I have been teaching Yoga to children of all ages in the schools, at the beginning as a extracurricular activity and currently in the class. It is wonderful the response of the children to experience with amazement the listening, the calm and the relaxation.
During the last seven years I have trained yoga teachers for children with my work partner Miriam David Alvarez, within the Om Shree Om School, in Valencia, Almería and Alicante.
During the last five years I have trained nursery, primary and secondary teachers, through the courses organized by CEFIRE (Department of Education, Research, Culture and Sport of the Valencian community) who not only want to know these tools to aply them in class but also to bring them into their lives.

From your home at your own pace, with the assistance of a methodological material, videos and access to contact me to answer your questions.
Once the course has started, I recommend you to introduce a small daily practice consisting of:
- Meditation 5 minutes
- Yoga 15 minutes
After the study and vision of all the material, carrying out the following tasks:
- what did you think of the course
- the effects of daily practice on my life
- how can Yoga and Mindfulness benefit my students / children?
- do a practical Yoga class to be done in class.
